COMPONENT ASSEMBLIES

Our parts or sub-assemblies require very close tolerances and high-quality standards. So far, we have developed and supplied more than 230 components and sub-assemblies. We have reputed customers who are pioneers in their respective industries such as Automotive, Oil & Energy, Rail Transport, Electronics, Consumer Products, and General Engineering. We decide and source castings, forgings, rolled plates, round bars, etc. based on the component shape and profile, quality requirements, quantity and manufacturing process. The components and sub-assemblies we deliver pass through rigorous testing and quality checks per customer requirements.

REVERSE ENGINEERING, 3D MODEL DESIGN & PROTO DEVELOPMENT

Using the most advanced modelling software, we design and develop advanced design solutions for our customers on specific needs. We design pattern tooling, casting, jigs and fixtures, machining fixtures, customer specific inspection gauges and specialised assembly tooling that are required to sustain long-term manufacturing programs. Leveraging our expertise, we carry out Reverse Engineering and Prototype Development for our customers, thus enabling us to go beyond offering manufacturing services for “make-to-order“ products.

SOURCE DEVELOPMENT

We use our technical and commercial expertise to identify and develop vendors and continuously support them to build competency in quality and innovative processes to ensure on-time delivery. We deal with international clients who are leading manufacturers in their business segments. Hence our vendor selection is designed to address our customer specific challenges for both sample part development and regular production processes.
